Tell me, are we crazy???

This is a picture of our kitchen on Monday.

This is a picture of our kitchen Tuesday. Do you notice anything missing??

Here is our living room. Why is that man standing on the dirt underneath the house instead of the living room floor you might ask??? Oh ya, it's because there is no floor!!

Did I mention that we move in next Saturday?

Now, many people have asked me if I am stressed about this, and the honest answer is I am not feeling the stress yet. So there won't be a working shower, who needs to shower? Who needs a bathroom sink when you can just as easily brush your teeth in the garage sink? We will just be going on a "camping trip" in our new house.

It all works out in the end right?

I'm sure you can still use the pool in your condo/townhome association. The weather has been good, no one will mind if you bring shampoo and soap to the pool. Will they? OR you could set up a Slip and Slide in the back yard...then the kids will get clean...although I don't recommend that you and Henderson #4 try it!

Very good ideas. The kids will especially appreciate your input. We would never be able to get them to take a regular bath again after introducing them to bathing on a Slip and Slide!

wow, that is quite an undertaking. From the looks of picture number 3, it seems that Ray is losing a lot of weight under the stress.

Who is installing your flooring? I know Ray called me about hardwood questions...

oh. sara.

what an adventure!

(you are the coolest girl ever.)

The guys in the pictures are from our ward. Some of the Young Men came and helped out. I think they had fun. Ray will be our installer of the wood floors. They just won't be ready to install for about a month.

And thanks Brooke. I was feeling very uncool today with my pregnant belly. The wadddle is starting to be uncontrollable!

I knew my girl, Sara BH had some "pioneer stock" in her!

Something tells me you and Ray are being prepared to be in charge of a "pioneer trek" sometime in the future.

I can almost hear the refrains coming from the Henderson household:

"Come come ye saints, no toil or labor fear, but with joy, wend your way... etc. etc."

You guys are the best!

wow Sara what an undertaking! I am sure the end result will be all worth it. Good luck with the move, we just reached our 11th move in 7 years and have one more to go before the end of the year... But I guess on the positive side, you get rid of a lot of crap when you move so we kind of have grown to like them :)

Sometimes things are so crazy they just become funny. Great job, you two! You are awesome to take on such a huge undertaking with that great attitude!

Carine sometimes gets a little carried away with getting rid of stuff. I came home from work Friday and all my underwear had been given to DI.

hey, if you don't use it for 6 months then the chances are you won't use it for 6 years! why keep it then? Didn't you know honey, my middle name is "anti-clutter"... Love ya! -Carine

Thanks mom for the positive comments! I can especially hear you singing the hymn to me :)

Randall and Carine- great to hear from you guys! I am sure you guys have the moving thing down pat by now. We have lived in our house now for 3 1/2 years and collected all kinds of junk! Moving really is a great way to get rid of it all. Even the underwear! And I do think that Ray does have some that is sorely in need of not just being thrown away, but burned!

Wow Rich! Thanks for sharing those pictures, they are great. It is very encouraging to see them. It helps give me hope that it does all come back together eventually!
