They have one in Southern Utah and randomly enough I heard (though I'm not sure it's true) that they're building one in Draper. I miss In-N-Out. I'm headed to Vegas next month...I think I'll have to go :)
FYI...There is a In n Out wanna be restaurant called "Chadders." I have to admit- it's pretty close and tastes just like it. There are restaurants in Amer. Fork and West Valley.

In-N-Out Burger... I miss that too from the mission days in Anaheim. Great burgers!
Try Iceberg. I'll admit the burgers aren't anywhere close in comparison to In-n-Out, but the shakes and malts are AWESOME!

okay, the new rumor (this just in from aaron who knows several developers) is that there will be 6 in-n-outs in utah in the next 5 years.
