We don't need a playground

We find ourselves at Home Depot on a daily basis these days. Benton and Will have been very creative in finding ways to entertain themselves during our visits. Before this picture, they were in the washer and dryer section product testing if kids are able to climb into the dryers and shut themselves in. (the answer is yes, they can....)
I am sure I don't have to point out the huge stain on Will's pants. I thought I was being really smart by getting them a frosty from Wendy's to keep them occupied while in the store. I think the picture speaks for itself that it didn't quite go as planned. And of course I had left the wet wipes in the car.
These are good times...crazy, unpredictable, slightly chaotic, lots of frozen dinners, but good times!

our whole life is like that: crazy, unpredictable, chaotic and we eat lots of frozen meals. and we're not even remodeling or moving or pregnant!

i was so happy to show luke that benny was wearing his crocs. luke refuses to wear them now and i'll do anything to convince him... anything so i don't have to help him put his shoes on.

We live for the crocs. I am not sold on them for myself, but they are awesome for the kiddies. The tie die with stars was a hard sell at first for Benny, so we told him they are superman shoes and now he loves them.

i'm not sold on them either. they are just NOT cute. flip flops all the way.

ps: luke mainly just loves the cowboy boots. or barefoot. he would go everywhere barefoot if he could! (which is probably why the bottoms of his feet are all thick and leathery! mom o' the year, once again!)

That is great that Luke can wear those cowboy boots. Benny just can't get the hang of them.

I still say that the adventures of Chloe, Luke, Tess, Hannah, Benton and Will are lots more fun than any old children's books, what with the easter egg decorating, the home depot dryer escapade and all the rest.

Can't wait for this week's installments of the continuing saga of the most special families in the world (to me!!)

Love you all soooooo much!
