General Conference is one of my favorite times of the year. We have some traditions that we do to make it fun for the kids.
I make a TON of cinnamon rolls. We tell the kids that they can have as many as they want. They just need to judge their own stomach capacity.
Will always over does it by eating 3 cinnamon rolls in a row!
We have a fun family activity between Saturday Sessions.
We print out conference packets for the kids to do while watching it.
The kids get candy if they get a “conference bingo” or if a certain word like prayer or repentance is said five times.
The kids get all of their papers laid out in front of them. It’s funny to hear them shout out, “he said prayer” or “did he just say priesthood?”
I think this is the first year that our kids made it through all four sessions of conference!
