BTW - Erika said she gave in to her inner cookie and chocolate birthday cake (Aydan's) today.
She also wants me to relay that she went over to the YMCA tonight and had a great pilates session.

This gets better and better every time. I would say I have an inner monologue like this too. And it screams for "COOKIE" and many many other junk foods...especially late at night.
