Ray and I filled up over 100 water balloons and invited some neighborhood kids to join in the fun.
The next thing I know Ray comes out in his swim suit and on the way out he says to Benny, " I am going to get you" with a sly smile on his face.
Then kids are running everywhere getting pegged left and right by Ray. He was even getting them from across the cul-de-sac!
All in all everyone had fun......especially Billy, I mean Ray.

Water balloons are a blast. We've had them at the last 2 parties that we've had at the house. The kids love them although the parents of the visitors (the dads) are often more excited. For Rich's graduation party, we we did water balloons but the highlight was an ice cold "cooler bath" for Rich courtesy of Russ and friends.
ha! I could just see Ray taking giant leaps to peg the kids! Way to go! And looks like the kids were having a blast.
By the way, nice neighborhood in the background - do you live in a coul-desak (how the heck do you spell that??)

Man this would be so much fun and totally my cup of tea, or any henderson for that matter. I am just picturing Ray beaning kids, catching the water balloons they throw at him only to throw them right back and hit the kid in the face

That is exactly how it happened Ray taking giant leaps to peg the kids and him catching the balloons and chucking them right back at the kids! You guys know Ray too well!
And a huge Henderson waterballoon fight! I am there!
count us in...one request though...can we get together when it's not freezing outside? Waterballoons are a fav. for us. We usually have them over at bbq's at my mom's house. She lives on the water...so we pull out slip n slides, waterballoons, kiddie pools and have a blast. We like to play waterballoon volleyball. Even the adults get in on it..it's awesome
