Yeah, you read right. I was actually very good this week. honest! I even started exercising, but I am not about to claim that I gained 3 lbs of muscle.
We did go out for sushi last night, so I am hoping that part of this is from the soy sauce??? (you know, too much salt causes water retention....it's possible right?) Well, I am going to claim that as the cause and stay in my delusional world and just work for better results next week.

At least 2 of those 3 pounds are my fault - I totally pressured Sara to go out to sushi last night and she was too nice not to go....
No matter - she still looks incredible.....
The more I think about it, I think I can actually claim all of the three pounds..... I made (seriously - made) Sara have some of the dessert I ordered too.... she is just too nice to say...
I totally agree with Ray, it is totally his fault. Now that I know, I love that Ray throws up after he goes waterskiing also. AND I also think that Sara looks like she is 20 years old! She looks just like she did in high school and has had 4 kids! Amazing.
Thanks Maureen. I knew you would help me see how this is not my fault. You know, you are the only person who I have ever told how much I actually weigh. (do you feel really cool now?)
If the Biggest Loser is anything like real life then you should have a good number at next week's weigh in :)
I didn't have any self control last week and vowed to be better but those stupid but oh so yummy Girl Scout Cookies showed up today. I'm toast. hmmmmmm...toast.
i would definitely agree that soy sauce and anything salty is the culprit.
next week, after a lot of water... watch out, scale, watch out!
dont' be disappointed Sara. You lost so much the first little while that you can affort 3 pound gain. Not a biggie. Sushi sounds soooo good though! :)
